Returns & Exchanges

At SaturdayClub, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your SaturdayClub account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive your return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
